Fountainbleau is a large neighbourhood in the east end of Windsor. It consists of homes built mainly from the 1950's and 1960's, including split levels, ranches, bilevels as well as some 2 storeys. Single family home prices generally start in the $130,000's. The area retains its affordability and includes a large public housing townhouse complex along Rivard Avenue, Queen Elizabeth Drive and Grand Street. Bordered by Walker Road to the west and Lauzon Parkway to the East, this area is quite self sufficient, with adequate schooling, a library, parks and shopping within it's boundaries.
