With a population of approx. 20,900, Kingsville is located on the north shore of Lake Erie, about 25 minutes from the Windsor/Detroit Border. Kings Highway #3 intersects the Town of Kingsville and provides the main highway access northwest to the City of Windsor or east to Kings Highway #77 and north to the 401. Ferry service is also provided from the Kingsville Harbour to Pelee Island, a popular hunting and vacation destination during the spring, summer and fall months.

Kingsville's unique location as one of the most southerly locations in Canada (with it's mild winter weather) has encouraged many retirees to settle there. It's ideal climate is perfect for gardening and outdoor activities.  Kingsville is also the hub of a rapidly expanding greenhouse industry.

Kingsville boasts some of the best known wineries, greenhouses and prime agricultural lands and a small town quality of life second to none.  It offers many types of housing that appeals to a wide variety of tastes (and budgets).  While it is known to be a town rich with Victorian Heritage, Kingsville also has many new subdivisions with a variety pf newly constructed homes to choose from (or plenty of building lots awaiting your dream home.)
