St. Clair Beach is a community in the town of Tecumseh, Ontario. Until 1998, the village was a separate entity, but was amalgamated into Tecumseh at that time.
St. Clair Beach is known for its old-fashioned street signs along Riverside Drive, a large shopping plaza (with a Zehrs Food Plus) at the corner of Manning and Tecumseh Roads, two golf courses (the public course is Lakewood Golf Club; the private course is Beach Grove Golf and Country Club), scenic bike trails, and even large whisky cellars where Hirman Walker Distillery stores their spirits to age.
St. Clair Beach is enjoying an upsurge in development - Commercial plazas, with a variety of shops and restaurants have been constructed recently. St. Clair Beach still retains it's "village" feel and is therefore a sought after location for many families.
